To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Jewellery Manufacturers' Association and to recognize those who have made outstanding contributions to the Hong Kong jewellery industry, the Hong Kong Jewellery Manufacturers' Association (HKJMA) had met at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on November 30, 2018. The Hall held the "30th Anniversary Dinner and the 3rd Hong Kong Jewellery Industry Outstanding Achievement Award Presentation Ceremony". Dr. Chen Baili, Deputy Director of the Hong Kong Commerce and Economic Development Bureau and Mr. Yang Weixiong, Director of the Innovation and Technology Bureau, were the officiating guests.Nearly 900 jewellery industry people attended the party.
As a partner and service provider of the Hong Kong Diamond Manufacturers Association, Vpower (Hong Kong) was also the jade sponsor of that evening. Chairman of the company Hu Ke, Executive Director Li Xiaofeng were invited to attend the event that evening. The Hong Kong Jewellery Manufacturers Association had been committed to promoting the continued development of the jewellery industry in Hong Kong. Over the past 30 years, it had partnered with the Hong Kong jewellery industry to set up the Hong Kong Jewellery Industry Outstanding Achievement Award to recognize those who had made outstanding contributions to the Hong Kong jewellery industry and celebrated them. The professional achievements and commitment to the jewellery industry in Hong Kong set an example for the jewellery industry to encourage mutual benefit and symbiosis in the industry and further strengthen Hong Kong's position as an international jewellery hub.
